Colorful hanging decorations
Streamers are long, narrow strips of material—paper, ribbon, or plastic—that hang or flutter decoratively, often at parties or celebrations: The room was covered in streamers and balloons.
A streamer can also be a banner or pennant that streams in the wind.
In contemporary usage, streamers are people who broadcast live video content online, especially gaming: Twitch streamers can earn substantial income from subscribers.
