speedruns
Races through games
Speedruns are attempts to complete a video game as fast as possible, often exploiting glitches or unconventional strategies to shave off seconds.
The practice has spawned competitive communities with elaborate rulesets distinguishing categories like "any%" (just finish) from "100%" (complete everything).
The term extends beyond gaming: She speedran the interview process and got hired in two days.
