nosebleeds
Capillaries leaking suddenly
Nosebleeds are episodes of bleeding from the nose, usually from irritated or broken blood vessels inside the nasal passages: I used to get nosebleeds every winter.
In sports and entertainment venues, the nosebleeds are the cheapest seats—so high up that the altitude might theoretically cause a nosebleed: We had nosebleed seats but could still see the stage.
