dizziness
Feeling off balance
Dizziness is a sensation of unsteadiness, lightheadedness, or feeling that one's surroundings are spinning.
It can result from inner ear problems, low blood pressure, dehydration, or simply standing up too quickly: A wave of dizziness hit her when she stood.
Figuratively, dizziness describes mental confusion or disorientation from overwhelming circumstances: the dizziness of sudden fame.
