Indoor entertainment space
A games room is a recreational space in a home, hotel, or other building equipped for entertainment—typically featuring pool tables, ping-pong, video games, or board games.
The term is more common in British English; Americans often say game room or rec room: The hotel's games room had a foosball table and dartboard.
