galaxy
Vast star system
A galaxy is a vast system of stars, gas, and dust held together by gravity—like the Milky Way, which contains our solar system.
By extension, galaxy describes any brilliant assemblage: a galaxy of Hollywood stars, a galaxy of talent.
The Samsung Galaxy line of devices borrows the cosmic grandeur. (Capitalized Galaxy often refers to the Milky Way specifically or to branded products.)
