electronic
Using integrated circuits
Electronic describes devices or systems that use circuits and components to control electrical current—transistors, microchips, semiconductors.
An electronic keyboard differs from an electric guitar in complexity of circuitry.
Electronic also describes communication or transactions conducted through such devices: electronic mail, electronic payments.
The plural electronics refers both to the technology as a field and to consumer devices: the electronics section of the store.
