blacklister
One who bans
A blacklister is someone who creates or maintains a blacklist—a register of people or entities to be excluded, boycotted, or denied privileges.
The term often carries negative connotations, suggesting unfair persecution: The blacklisters of the McCarthy era destroyed careers based on rumor and association.
