blacklisters

Those who exclude

Blacklisters are people who create or maintain blacklists—lists of individuals, organizations, or entities to be excluded, shunned, or denied privileges.

The term gained particular notoriety during the McCarthy era, when blacklisters in Hollywood kept lists of suspected communists who were then denied work in the entertainment industry.

Today it applies more broadly to anyone who compiles or enforces exclusionary lists, whether in employment, finance, or online communities.
