bike

Pedaled two-wheeler

A bike is a bicycle—a two-wheeled vehicle propelled by pedaling.

The word also applies to motorcycles and, more recently, electric scooters.

To bike is to ride one: I bike to work most days.

A biker rides motorcycles; a cyclist rides bicycles, though the terms blur.
