Hyderabad
Biryani's famous home
Hyderabad is a major city in south-central India, capital of Telangana state.
Known for its tech industry and historical sites, it's sometimes called "Cyberabad" for its software sector.
The name also refers to a city in southeastern Pakistan, in Sindh province.
Both trace their names to the same Persian elements meaning "Hyder's city."
