Fandom
Fan wiki platform
Fandom is the community of enthusiastic fans around a particular interest—a TV show, book series, sports team, celebrity, or genre.
The word combines "fan" with the collective suffix "-dom," suggesting both a state of being and a kingdom of devotees.
Fandoms create their own cultures: fan fiction, fan art, conventions, and online communities where members share theories and inside jokes.
The Harry Potter fandom remains active decades after the books.
She's deep in K-pop fandom.
The term can describe either the community itself or the condition of passionate engagement with something.
