newbies
Fresh to this
Newbies are newcomers or beginners, especially in online communities, gaming, or technical fields.
The term carries mild condescension—experienced users might dismiss questions as newbie mistakes or create newbie guides for the uninitiated.
Less dismissive than noob, which implies incompetence rather than inexperience.
We were all newbies once.
