fanmix
Unofficial character playlist
A fanmix is a playlist or compilation of songs assembled by a fan to evoke a fictional character, relationship, story, or fandom.
The songs aren't original—they're curated to capture a mood or narrative: I made a fanmix for the enemies-to-lovers arc.
Fanmixes emerged from fan communities and are often shared online with cover art and track annotations.
