undergrip
Supinated hand position
An undergrip is a grip where the palms face upward or toward the body, with fingers curling up from below—the opposite of an overgrip.
The term appears most often in weightlifting and gymnastics: Use an undergrip for bicep curls.
Also called a supinated grip or reverse grip.
