skin graft
Burn treatment patch
A skin graft is a piece of skin surgically transplanted from one area of the body to another, or from a donor, to repair damage from burns, injuries, or disease.
The procedure itself is also called a skin graft: The burn victim required multiple skin grafts.
Grafted skin may come from the patient's own body, a donor, or synthetic sources.
