isograft
Genetically identical transplant
An isograft is a tissue or organ transplant between genetically identical individuals—identical twins in humans, or members of an inbred strain in laboratory animals.
Because donor and recipient share the same genetic makeup, the recipient's immune system doesn't reject the graft as foreign.
Compare with autograft (from oneself) and allograft (from a genetically different individual of the same species).
