scroll bar

Draggable navigation strip

A scroll bar is a narrow strip along the edge of a window or frame that lets you move through content too large to display at once.

Clicking or dragging the bar shifts what's visible: Use the scroll bar to see the rest of the document.

Horizontal scroll bars move content left and right; vertical ones move it up and down.
