round house
Train turntable building
A roundhouse is a circular building for storing and servicing locomotives, with tracks radiating from a central turntable.
The term also names a cabin on a ship's quarterdeck.
In fighting, a roundhouse is a wide, sweeping punch or kick that travels in an arc: He threw a roundhouse that caught me on the jaw.
As an adjective, roundhouse describes this swinging motion: a roundhouse right.
