Caffeine-free red infusion
Rooibos is a South African plant whose leaves are used to make a caffeine-free herbal tea.
The tea has a reddish color and mild, slightly sweet flavor: I switched to rooibos because coffee was keeping me up at night.
Pronounced roughly ROY-boss, from Afrikaans for "red bush."
