South African herbal infusion
Rooibos tea is a caffeine-free herbal tea made from the leaves of a South African shrub.
The leaves turn reddish-brown when oxidized, giving the tea its characteristic color and earning it the name "red bush tea." It has a slightly sweet, earthy flavor: I switched to rooibos tea when I cut out caffeine.
