pyloric
Lower stomach opening
Pyloric describes anything relating to the pylorus—the muscular opening between the stomach and small intestine.
The pyloric sphincter controls the passage of partially digested food from the stomach into the duodenum: pyloric stenosis, pyloric valve.
The term appears almost exclusively in medical and anatomical contexts.
