powdery mildew
White plant dusting
Powdery mildew is a fungal disease that coats plant leaves and stems with a white or grayish dusty film.
It thrives in warm, humid conditions and affects a wide range of plants from roses to squash.
Unlike most fungi, it spreads in dry weather: The zucchini leaves are covered in powdery mildew again.
