Not being reprinted
Out-of-print describes a book or publication no longer being printed by its publisher.
An out-of-print title may still be available used or in libraries, but new copies aren't being produced: The novel went out-of-print years ago, but I found a copy at a used bookstore.
The opposite is in print.
