non-interference
Staying out policy
Non-interference is the policy or practice of not getting involved in others' affairs.
In international relations, it's the principle that nations should not intervene in other countries' internal matters: The treaty enshrined non-interference in domestic politics.
The term applies broadly to any deliberate restraint from meddling: a non-interference policy between departments.
