lordosis
Lower back arch
Lordosis is the inward curvature of the spine, particularly in the lower back and neck.
Some curvature is normal; excessive lordosis creates a swayback posture.
In animal behavior, lordosis describes the mating posture of female mammals—arching the back to facilitate copulation: The female rat displayed lordosis when mounted.
