sacral
Holy or pelvic
Sacral has two distinct meanings from different roots.
In anatomy, sacral relates to the sacrum—the triangular bone at the base of the spine: sacral vertebrae, sacral nerves.
Separately, sacral means relating to sacred rites or religious ceremonies: sacral music, sacral objects.
Context usually makes clear which sense applies.
