history
Chronicle of events
History generally characterizes events of the past, or any narrative concerning these: The students read, “The History of the Peloponnesian War.” The field of study concerned with documentation of the past is also called history.
The history of a particular person or thing is the narrative of events that is seen as contributing the present state or condition (your medical history).
Sometimes an event is characterized as history to emphasize that it is unchangeable, moot, or impertinent to present inquiry: What you said last week is ancient history.
