demagnetizer
Erases magnetic charge
A demagnetizer is a device that removes or neutralizes magnetic fields from objects.
Tools, watches, and electronic components that have become accidentally magnetized can be restored to their non-magnetic state: Run the screwdriver through the demagnetizer before working on the hard drive.
Also called a degausser.
