captain's quarters
Skipper's private cabin
Captain's quarters are the private living space assigned to the captain of a ship, typically the most spacious and best-appointed accommodations aboard.
The term extends to similar arrangements on aircraft or spacecraft in fiction: The crew was summoned to the captain's quarters.
By analogy, any leader's private office or residence may be called their quarters.
