Shout mode key
Caps lock is a keyboard key that, when activated, causes all subsequent letter keystrokes to produce uppercase characters until toggled off.
Unlike the shift key, it stays engaged without being held down.

Accidentally leaving caps lock on is a common typing annoyance, and TYPING IN ALL CAPS online is considered shouting.
