Digital social graces
Netiquette is the informal code of polite behavior on the internet—the online equivalent of etiquette.
Guidelines include not typing in all caps (interpreted as shouting), staying on topic in forums, and avoiding inflammatory posts.
The term emerged in the early days of email and Usenet but remains relevant: That's bad netiquette.
