breaker bar
Long socket handle
A breaker bar is a long-handled tool used to loosen tight bolts and nuts.
Unlike a ratchet, it has no moving parts—just a solid bar with a socket drive at one end.
The length provides leverage for breaking free fasteners that have seized or been overtightened: I needed a breaker bar to get the lug nuts off.
