wheel chock

Vehicle roll preventer

A wheel chock is a wedge or block placed against a wheel to prevent a vehicle from rolling.

Chocks are used on aircraft, trucks, and trailers when parked, especially on slopes or during loading: Place wheel chocks before unhitching the trailer.

They're typically made of rubber, wood, or plastic.
