CB radio
Highway voice link
CB radio is a two-way radio system operating on dedicated frequencies, allowing short-range communication without a license.
Popular among truck drivers for sharing road conditions and among hobbyists, CB reached peak cultural visibility in the 1970s with its own slang: breaker breaker, 10-4, what's your 20?
The CB in the name stands for citizens band.
