boycotter
Refuses to buy
A boycotter is someone who participates in a boycott—refusing to buy from, work with, or otherwise engage with a person, company, or country as a form of protest or pressure.
The term derives from Charles Boycott, an Irish land agent ostracized by his community in 1880: The boycotters refused to harvest his crops.
