barkeeper
Pours your drinks
A barkeeper is someone who owns or tends a bar—serving drinks, managing inventory, and maintaining the establishment.
The term is interchangeable with bartender, though barkeeper may suggest ownership or a more old-fashioned setting: The barkeeper wiped down the counter and poured another whiskey.
