barkeep

Serves your drinks

Barkeep is an informal word for a bartender—someone who serves drinks at a bar.

It's slightly old-fashioned or literary, often appearing in Western fiction or period pieces where characters sidle up to the bar and call out Barkeep! Another round!

The fuller form barkeeper exists but is even less common in everyday speech.
