baritone
Between high, low
Baritone is the male singing voice between tenor and bass, or a singer with that voice.
The term extends to instruments in a similar range: a baritone saxophone, a baritone horn.
As an adjective, it describes any voice in that register: His baritone laugh filled the room.
The word sometimes just means deep or resonant: a baritone rumble of thunder.
