Earth Angel
Darling from above
Earth angel refers to a person believed to be exceptionally kind, nurturing, or spiritually pure—someone whose goodness seems almost otherworldly.
The term gained popularity through the 1954 doo-wop song, where it describes a beloved person in idealized, celestial terms: She's my earth angel, the one I adore.
In New Age spirituality, earth angels are souls supposedly sent to help humanity, though this usage is niche.
More commonly, it's simply affectionate hyperbole for someone remarkably good-hearted.
