Voyager
NASA's distant traveler
Voyager refers to either of NASA's twin space probes launched in 1977 to explore the outer planets.
Voyager 1 and Voyager 2 conducted flybys of Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune, and continue transmitting data from interstellar space—the farthest human-made objects from Earth: Voyager 1 crossed into interstellar space in 2012. (Lowercase voyager is any long-distance traveler.)
