voyagers
Those who journey
Voyagers are people who make journeys, especially long or adventurous ones by sea or through space: The voyagers set sail for the New World.
The word carries a sense of exploration and distance that travelers or tourists lack.
NASA's Voyager spacecraft, launched in 1977, extended the term beyond Earth: The voyagers have now left our solar system.
