Twitch streams
Live gaming shows
Twitch streams are live video broadcasts on Twitch, a platform where people watch others play video games, create art, chat, or perform.
The term covers both the content and the act of broadcasting: I've been watching Twitch streams all afternoon, She Twitch streams every evening.
Viewers interact through live chat, and streamers often build communities around regular broadcasts.
The platform has expanded beyond gaming to include music, cooking, and "just chatting" content where personalities simply talk to their audience.
