twitch
Sudden muscle movement
A twitch is a sudden, brief, involuntary movement—a muscle spasm or nervous jerk: His eye started to twitch.
The verb means to move with such quick, jerky motions: The cat's tail twitched.
Figuratively, something that twitches is restless or agitated.
A twitch can also be a sharp pull or tug.
In fishing, to twitch a lure is to move it jerkily to attract fish. (Capitalized Twitch is the streaming platform.)
