Turkish coffee

Unfiltered grounds drink

Turkish coffee is coffee prepared by boiling finely ground beans in a small pot called a cezve or ibrik, often with sugar added during brewing.

The grounds settle in the cup and are not filtered out—you drink carefully to avoid the sediment at the bottom.

The method produces an intensely strong, thick brew.
