Patience-made coffee
Cold brew is coffee made by steeping grounds in cold or room-temperature water for an extended period, typically twelve to twenty-four hours.
The slow extraction produces a smoother, less acidic concentrate than hot-brewed coffee.
Usually served chilled or over ice: I'll have a cold brew with oat milk.
The method has become a café staple since the 2010s.
