Vietnamese coffee
Phin-dripped with sweetness
Vietnamese coffee is coffee prepared in the Vietnamese style—strong, dark-roasted, often brewed slowly through a small metal drip filter (phin) directly into the cup.
It's typically served with sweetened condensed milk, either hot or poured over ice (cà phê sữa đá).
The condensed milk counters the coffee's intense, sometimes bitter flavor.
I'm addicted to Vietnamese coffee now.
