Scooby-Doo

Scooby-Doo is an animated television franchise featuring a cowardly Great Dane and teenage mystery-solvers who unmask supposedly supernatural villains as ordinary criminals in disguise.

First aired in 1969, the series spawned decades of spinoffs and films.

The name often appears in cultural references to debunking or unmasking: We Scooby-Doo'd the whole conspiracy and it turned out to be the landlord.
