Jabberjaw is someone who talks excessively or incessantly—a chatterbox whose mouth never stops moving.
The word combines jabber (rapid, meaningless talk) with jaw (slang for talking): That jabberjaw wouldn't let anyone else get a word in.
Jabberjaw was also a 1970s cartoon shark character known for constant, nervous chatter.
