LCDs is the plural of LCD, liquid crystal display—a flat-panel screen technology used in televisions, computer monitors, phones, and countless other devices.
The technology uses liquid crystals sandwiched between layers of glass or plastic, manipulated by electric current to control light passage.
The store had a wall of LCDs showing the same football game.
